- Railway Project Feasibility and Viability assessments.
- Railway Project Management
- Railway Infrastructure work such as earthwork, Track Construction, Station Building and Quarters, Bridges and Culvert's, Level Crossing and other related work
- Railway Signaling Design and System work such as Signaling, Communication, Backup Power and other related work.
- Utility Services Contractor such as TNB Electrical Works and Telecom Malaysia
- Electrical Works (Cabling, Wiring and Testing & Commissioning of Equipment)

Hikmat Asia Sdn Bhd provides a wide range of railway engineering services and solutions, including civil and rail track profile, permanent way, mechanical, electrical, electrification, signaling and communication together with architecture, project management and services, transport planning and environmental services.
